I want to lose 12-15 lbs.?
Friday, May 14th, 2010I am 5′5″ and I weigh 124. I want to go down to around 110. I signed up at the Gym to go 3 times a week. Im thinking of running the other days. What would be good to lose some fat on my stomach, its not much at all, but I know before I start and try to get abs I need to lose the fat. I also want to tone my butt, and thighs. What are good ways of doing that?
